Robert Lewandowski proved us Barcelona fans wrong by showing up this game with his power headers, netting a La Liga hat-trick as Barcelona jumped back Valencia into second with a 4-2 comeback win over 1 man down Valencia. Fermin's Lopez power header opened the scoring early on, before Hugo Duro responded within five minutes, advantging from a careless mistake ter Stegen. Pepelu put Valencia ahead from the spot with a penalty, however, Mamardashvili was sent off for handling outside his area. Lewandowski's near post header had the hosts level four minutes into the second half, and the Polish striker added his second of the game with another header from a set play with eight minutes remaining. The former Bayern Munich striker was not done there as deep into stoppage time, he shot a stunning free-kick into the top corner to complete his hat-trick.

As I watch the match this may come as an unpopular opinion but Xavi should try and start Fermin Lopez more often, his performance has been improving, he's scored against the giants of Real Madrid and shows consistent dedication whenever he steps on the pitch. Lewandowski with an amazing performance but was not consistent enough in other big games but hasn't convinced me not to transfer him, Lewandowski is on the older side so Xavi has to start getting ready to replace him. Give me your insight on the match or other things you might have seen from last day's game.
